Curly Aleigha

Aleigha wanted the sponge rollers in her hair last night! I asked Whittney, who refused...Aleigha squealed because she wanted them!

The back with all the curls!

A Night At Home

Grandma and Aleigha on the couch. Aleigha thought she found something to look at outside.

Whittney and Grandpa are playing the Wii...bowling of course! Daddy and Gavin are watching.

Gavin really gets into playing Wii.

Miss Aleigha after more food...we were clearing the table from supper. She just always seems hungry!

A Birthday Celebration for Grandma Till

Today, many family members joined together for lunch to celebrate Grandma Till's birthday. Here she is on the left with Aunt Avis (Diane is in the background).

We ate at Ryan's! Some waitresses came and sang!

Uncle Larry is sitting with Tim, Tonya and their boys Caleb and Nathan.

At this table is: Steve, Great Aunt Max, Grandma Till, Uncle Bud, Shirley, Great Aunt Kork, and Ruth.

At this table: Reva, Whittney, Aleigha, Diana, Kelsey, Michael, Aunt Janalle, and Grandma...feeding Brendan.

Baby Kara was a party animal!

Aleigha saw that Kelsey had a bowl full of gummy bears, so she thought she needed some too! Michael (Kelsey's boyfriend) went and got her some!

How sweet...

Starting young with the picture taking...she actually took quite a few good pictures! Diane thought it was quite funny!

Kelsey has Nathan while Michael is holding Brendan...both of the twins came with us and Grandma to lunch.

Aleigha and Nathan...

A Visit To See Kara

Today after breakfast and visiting, Grandpa Pat thought we should take Grandma Great over to see Baby Kara. Gavin was with Daddy, Mommy drove Aleigha over, and the rest walked (Grandma Suzie, Grandpa Pat, Grandma Great, and Whittney).

Grandma Suzie is holding Kara while Grandma Great is shading the sun. Everyone thought she was a doll.

Grandpa Pat is a sucker for babies and had to hold her before he could leave. He is a baby whisperer...always holding one if there is one in the room.

We then said our good byes to Grandma Great. Grandpa Pat will take her back home today, spend the night, and return home tomorrow. We had a fabulous four days with her!

Breakfast with Grandma Great

This morning Grandpa Pat and Grandma Suzie had breakfast at their house. When the girls arrived, they had long nails! They told everyone they put special lotion on their nails to make them grow. Actually, Daddy had found some fake nails he thought the girls would like! Boy was he right!!!

Grandma Great was more than happy with some of her great grandchildren snuggled in tight!

Four generations! Grandma Great, Grandpa Pat, Mommy, Gavin, Whittney, and Aleigha!

Four Generations again! Grandma Great, Grandpa Pat, Aunt Megan, Olivia, and Evelyn.

Daddy was reading to Aleigha...or maybe she was reading to him!

Uncle Tom reading a book to Evelyn.

Although Whittney is blinking in this picture, it shows the girls in action...Olivia is talking on her pretend cell phone and Whittney is waiting patiently...tapping her fingernails on the table! Too cute!

After breakfast, Grandma Suzie asked the girls to wrap two baby gifts. Of course they wanted to do it! Both gifts were wrapped with two different colors of paper with a label that said, "Wrapped by the Cheetah Girls, Olivia and Whittney!" They take their gift wrapping serious!

Grandma Great is watching Gavin. They have fun together...laughing a lot! It is hard to believe their is 89 years between them!

In this picture, Evelyn was helping Aleigha put on a bib. Priceless to watch!

A Family Gathering

Since picking up Grandma Great earlier this week, we have enjoyed visiting with her at Grandpa Pat and Grandma Suzie's. Today, Aunt Megan is having supper to celebrate Grandma visiting! The kids played outside until supper was ready. Gavin is riding Olivia's bike...yes, it is purple!

Aleigha and Evelyn are jumping on a trampoline!

Gavin found Aunt Megan's bike with a buggy hooked on the back. Mom took Aleigha and Evelyn for a ride. Dad took Whittney for a ride. Then Gavin wanted a ride too.

Gavin with his mouth full...The food was great! Yum

Grandma Suzie, Grandma Great, and Kaye (a family friend) are talking.

Uncle Tom, Aunt Megan, and Grandpa Pat...the two fish in the fishbowl on the counter are from our house...we had 7 from Grandpa Great's little pond last fall...Olivia and Aunt Megan agreed to take two of them home!

Marcus (a friend of Uncle Tom and Aunt Megan's) came too. His wife and three children are in Florida for Spring Break. Grandpa Pat must have said something funny...Tom (Kaye's husband) is laughing!

DESSERT!

Evelyn and Uncle Tom are having a serious talk...at least it looks like it! Maybe she is asking if she can date.... :-)

Olivia and Whittney are playing with bags and phones...a girls' dream! (At least that is Whittney's dream)!

After supper, Gavin and Whittney stayed the night with Uncle Tom and Aunt Megan. Olivia asked Whittney to stay and Aunt Megan said it would be okay if Gavin stayed too.

The Boys Come to Visit

Uncle Jasen, Aunt Chasta, Alex, Brendan, and Dalen came to visit this evening. Aleigha had fun holding both of them and then decided to lay down next to Brendan for a picture!

We moved to the living room for a softer spot! Brendan is on top, Dalen on the right...and Aleigha on the bottom!

All of the kids are growing so quickly!

A Walk Around the Neighborhood

After nap time today, we decided it was warm enough to enjoy the outdoors! We walked through the field and woods to Grandma Great's house. In this picture, the kids were all in the porch acting like dogs...

Daddy drove over later and is snuggling with Bruno.

Uncle Jim came while we were there visiting. Then Aunt Jo and Taylor stopped. Aleigha and Taylor really have fun together. In this picture Aleigha was standing on the table singing. Uncle Jim thought she needed a microphone! Grandma Great enjoyed all of the faces she made while singing!

Gavin, Aleigha, Whittney, and Taylor were playing on the play set at Grandma Great's. What a group of happy kids! While we were outside, Brianna came to visit Grandma Great. She loves the kids and came out right away when she saw the kids.

When we were finished talking and playing, we walked over to the neighbors. Daddy had left a while ago and was now visiting Darren. We walked through Aunt Jo's backyard to get there. You can see two geese on the left...the kids wanted to get close...it didn't happen.

The kids had fun playing with Olivia on dirt piles. Emily and Olivia, Darren and Michelle's daughter's, have a bunny. Gavin and Whittney wanted to hold it before we left!
