Grandma Till's Again

Whittney is holding Nathaniel and Aleigha is holding one of the twins...Both girls are in heaven! They love babies...even though Aleigha isn't much bigger than a baby herself.

We gathered today to celebrate Christmas with Grandma Till, Grandma and Uncle Larry's families. The kids were waiting patiently for the presents to be passed out.

Grandma Till's tradition is to have the grandchildren sit on a bench facing the tree. The kids really did not understand why they were not looking at the camera. They still said "cheese."

Lunch with the Ladies

Grandpa Great asked all of the family to attend church with him and Grandma Great today. He took the guys out for lunch while Grandma Great took the ladies. Grandma Great Tyler is visiting and went along too...here she is with Grandma Great!!! These two ladies I am proud to call Grandma. They are amazing and have done so many wonderful things in their lives...

Here is Taylor, Aunt Jo, Olivia, and Whittney...the table was full. In addition to these ladies were: Aunt Megan, Evelyn, Grandma Suzie, Alyse, Amber, Delaney, Aunt Holly, Aunt Lori, Aunt Marty, Brianna, Teresa, Aunt Cindy, Aunt Pam, Aleigha and Mommy.

It was nice to have all of the ladies together. Lots of laughter was heard, as well as some screams from the smaller ones. What a great idea!

The Wedding Reception

Grandma had a reception for Aunt Janalle and Uncle Jared. Here they are with their cake! Aunt Janalle could not wear her wedding dress since she is pregnant, but Uncle Jared wore his Class A's.

This was a wonderful party with many family and friends coming to celebrate. It was also a nice time for Aunt Janalle's family to meet Uncle Jared and Uncle Jared's family. Of course Uncle Jasen danced and Grandma Till even joined in!

Baby Oliver is Born

Cousins Michael and Erin welcomed their new baby boy, Oliver, on Christmas Day! Micheal and Oliver now share a birthday...with Jesus! We have enjoyed looking at pictures of him and seeing a video on You Tube. Good luck Michael and Erin! Oliver is lucky to have such great parents and grandparents! We can't wait to meet him!

We joked that this is the book that will help Uncle Grant not have to drive a car with no heater...and a window that sometimes doesn't work...We will keep you posted on that! :-)

All of his kids got Grandpa Pat a heater for his garage! He plans to use it for the first time on Saturday when him and Uncle Andy start to clean the garage.

After opening presents, Uncle Andy took Gavin, Whittney, and Olivia outside...Aleigha really wanted to do too..She stood and watched out the window with Grandma Great!

Uncle Tom and Aunt Megan got silly string for the kids to use "after the party." They had fun spraying it in the air and on Pearl!

Uncle Grant got the kids board games...Aunt Holly, Gavin, Daddy, Whittney, and Uncle Andy are playing Mouse Trap. What fun they had after supper!

As you can tell, we were busy traveling this Christmas season. We had two families to visit Christmas Eve. Christmas Day we started at our house, then traveled to Grandpa and Grandma's, came home for about an hour, went to Grandma Till's, came home for short naps, and then to Grandpa Pat and Grandma Suzie's.

We helped Grandma decorate her tree before Uncle Jared and Aunt Janalle came home. Look at all of those presents...

Uncle Jared's mom was out of power for six days. She, her two daughters and granddaughter spent Christmas morning with us! Maribeth, Susie, and Erica are having fun while Aleigha looks ornery.

Santa brought Stella her presents at Grandpa and Grandma's. She is pushing her new doll around in a stroller.

SANTA CAME!

SANTA CAME TO OUR HOUSE! Here is our tree Christmas morning!

The kids were SO excited about Santa coming! They called Grandpa Pat and Grandma Suzie. While Gavin was on the phone with them, Whittney called Grandpa and Grandma. Then they called Uncle Grant. Next, they waited for everyone to come over to watch them unwrap their presents.

Santa even filled Max's stocking! The kids are helping him get out his treats!

Santa wraps each child's presents in a different wrapping paper. They have to look in their stocking and match the paper to the presents under the tree. You can see Gavin and Whittney's paper! They are opening their gifts from their stockings here.

Uncle Jared and Aunt Janalle brought a book for the kids. It is called Don't Ever Cross That Road. It is perfect because it is from Texas and is about armadillos! Aleigha had to read it first.

We had a fun morning. Santa brought each child three gifts. He also brought daddy and mommy some gifts. The kids were able to play with theie gifts for a little bit before heading over to Grandpa and Grandma's.
